What Hair Botox is
Hair Botox is a conditioning treatment for the hair itself. Despite the name, it is not a facial or a skin treatment: on our own treatment list it sits with the conditioning treatments, apart from the facials. In her journal post, Ute sets it apart from Botox for the face.
What Ute says it does for your hair
Ute's post is written for anyone tired of battling frizz, dullness and damage. She says the treatment smooths the hair cuticle and helps replace lost nutrients, which can mean less frizz, more shine, and hair that is softer and easier to style. She adds that it can help colour stay vibrant for longer, and that you see the difference after one session.
Hair differs, and so do results. Ute writes that how long the treatment lasts, from several weeks to a few months, depends on your hair type and your aftercare. Your stylist can tell you what to expect for your hair.
Express or full: which to book
The express is the quicker treatment plus a style: $105, and about two hours. The full includes a cut as well: $180, and about three hours. If you are due for a cut anyway, the full version covers both. If you want the treatment and a style, choose the express.

Booking Hair Botox in Calgary
Call or text the studio on 403-242-4230 to book Hair Botox. Tell us which version you would like, and mention any colour, perm or other treatment already in your hair so your stylist can plan the visit. Because these appointments run long, the start time has to leave room to finish before closing.
