Privacy Policy

Struktur Studio respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who handles it for us, and how to reach us about it.

Who is responsible

Struktur Studio, 2905 Richmond Road SW, Calgary, Alberta T3E 4N3. Questions and requests about your information go to the owner, Ute Geronazzo, at strukturstudio@gmail.com or 403-242-4230.

What we collect, and why

Online booking. Your name, your mobile number and any note you add, along with the service, specialist and time you choose. We use them to book, confirm and remind you of your appointment.

Chat with Bella. Bella is our AI booking assistant. The messages you type, and any name or phone number you give her, are used to answer your question or to make your booking.

Phone and text. When you call or text the studio, your number and the conversation are kept with your client record so we can help you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who handles it for us

Our booking calendar, client records, text messages and the Bella assistant are run for us by service providers. Some of them store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country. Ask us, using the contact details above, if you would like to know more about how our providers handle your information.

Messages

Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are sent by text. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages.
